Accommodation
On-campus housing
Due to high demand and limited facilities, accommodation in on-campus dormitories can only be offered to full-time degree students. Dormitories on Taiwan Tech campus are managed by the Office of Student Affairs.
Dormitory rooms are shared by six students, individual rooms or apartments are not available.
Off-campus housing
The private rental market in Taipei offers a wide range of accomodation. Reasonable rates per person per month lie between NT$ 7000- NT$ 14000, depending on room types and location. Recommended areas are Da’an District and Zhongzheng District where Taiwan Tech, National Taiwan Normal University, National Taiwan University are located. Many Taiwan Tech students live in Yonghe district in New taipei City where rents are cheaper than in the city centre.
