📌 We are actively recruiting MEMS Equipment Engineer talent.

• Recruitment Positions:

MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) Equipment Engineer

 

• Working Hours:
• Day shift: 8 hours per day (08:00–17:00), 5-day workweek.
• Night shift: 12 hours per day (19:50–08:00), 2-days-on, 2-days-off schedule.
• Shift arrangement: Initial training will be conducted on the day shift. Subsequently, based on training progress and work performance, the employee will rotate between day and night shifts and gradually transition to a fixed night shift.

 

• Work Location:

Pingzhen Industrial Park, Taoyuan City, No. 4, Industrial 6th Road, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City. Employee dormitory is provided (accommodation at the employee’s own expense).

 

• Job Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Execute equipment improvement projects.
• Coordinate matters related to KPIs, cost, and projects.
• Maintain, service, and modify etching, thin-film, photolithography, inspection, and grinding equipment.
• Manage spare parts for etching, thin-film, photolithography, inspection, and grinding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

• Work Experience:
  No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.

 

• Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

 

• Major:

Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control, or related disciplines.

 

• Personal Attributes:

Conscientious, responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.

 

• Language Requirements:

Mandarin Chinese – Intermediate conversational proficiency;
English – Intermediate conversational proficiency.
