Vietnam Market Business Development Specialist / Management Trainee

We are looking for 1–2 talented Vietnamese individuals to join our team as Vietnam Market Business Development Specialists / Management Trainees.

About Transcene Corp.

Transcene Corp. is a Taiwan-based company dedicated to the circular economy.

We help the semiconductor and solar photovoltaic industries recover and reuse industrial waste.

Our business includes recycled and reused materials such as spherical silica, mineral powder, and silicon briquette, as well as circular economy technology consulting and EPC solutions for solar panel waste recycling facilities.

As our international business continues to grow, we are looking for talented Vietnamese individuals who can help us develop opportunities in Vietnam and other international markets.

Position

Position: Vietnam Market Business Development Specialist / Management Trainee
Openings: 1–2
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Taichung, Taiwan
Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: NTD 40,000–50,000/month + Sales Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Vietnamese customers and business partners.
• Explore new business opportunities in Vietnam and other international markets.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and partners.
• Communicate with customers in Vietnamese, Chinese, and/or English.
• Introduce and promote the company's products, services, and circular economy solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and customer-related materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements and business projects.
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, business discussions, and customer visits.
• Join overseas business trips when required.
• Gradually take responsibility for customers, projects, and market development activities.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for Vietnamese students and young professionals who have studied in Taiwan and have the potential to grow with the company.

Required Qualifications

• Vietnamese nationality.
• Bachelor's degree or above, or students who are expected to graduate soon.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Willingness to develop a career in international business.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience studying in Taiwan.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in student organizations, clubs, leadership activities, or team projects.
• Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
• Knowledge of the Vietnam market or Taiwan–Vietnam business environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

NTD 40,000–50,000 per month

plus Sales Performance Bonus.
