🔹你將做什麼 You will be responsible for：

・打造全英語學習環境，鼓勵學生自信開口說英文 Create a fully immersive English-learning environment and encourage students to speak English with confidence.

・追蹤個別學生的英語閱讀進度，給予客製化建議 Monitor each student’s English reading progress and provide personalized recommendations.

・擔任老師、主管與學生之間的溝通橋樑 Serve as a communication bridge between teachers, supervisors, and students.

・協助分校活動企劃與執行 Assist in planning and executing branch campus activities.

🔹你將學到什麼 You will learn：

・針對不同程度學生因材施教之技巧 Adaptive teaching strategies tailored to students of different proficiency levels

・不同年齡層之溝通技巧 Communication skills for interacting with different age groups

・英文教學原則及理論的實踐 Practical application of English teaching principles and theories

・英語閱讀專案管理（小 PM 養成）English reading program management (developing junior project management skills)

・多元溝通與活動執行能力 Strong communication and event coordination abilities

🔹三階段實習計畫 Internship Plan：

・第一階段（2 個月）：熟悉運作 × 建立觀念 Learn daily operations and build foundational knowledge

・第二階段（5 個月）：獨立作業 × 品質管理 × 顧客服務 Independent task management, quality control, and customer service

・第三階段（2 個月）：能力確認 × 轉正機會 Performance evaluation and opportunity for full-time employment

🔹我們在找的你 We hope you are：

・英語口說流利，發音標準（TOEIC 850+ 或英檢中高級以上）Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation (TOEIC 850+ or GEPT High-Intermediate and above preferred)

・喜歡孩子、有親和力 Friendly, approachable, and passionate about working with children

・積極主動，不怕挑戰，且富有教學熱誠 Proactive, willing to take on challenges, and enthusiastic about teaching

・就讀教育、英語、兒童相關科系尤佳 Majoring in Education, English, Childhood Education, or related fields is a plus
