Equipment Enginner

1. Equipment Setup: Within the scope of responsibility, set up equipment necessary to achieve process standardization and product process modules.
2. Equipment Modification and Improvement: Modify or improve equipment as needed to meet process requirements or address equipment inadequacies in terms of stability/capability.
3. Standardization Establishment and Maintenance: Establish standards after setting up new process equipment and revise subsequent standards through the ECN system.

Secretary

1.Manage and file department-related documents (e.g.attendance, overtime forms,etc.)
2.record production line data(e.g.material numbers (料號))
3.Prepare simple daily/weekly reports for the section.

1.Can listen, write, read and speak Chinese

Production Management Engineer

1. Responsible for establishing the procedures and methods for capacity planning across all product plants in the company, and supervising the completion of capacity planning.
2. Propose capacity/order filling principles for each product plant, providing sales with a basis for order filling.
3. Responsible for cross-plant capacity and equipment scheduling to improve the company's asset utilization rate and avoid unnecessary equipment investment.
4. Based on sales' order filling, adjust and allocate orders, and propose order filling plans for each product plant
5. Develop production delivery and order acceptance plans and supervise the product plant production line (PP) to implement these plans.
6. Develop material issuance plans, WIP scheduling, and dispatch station systems, and supervise the product plant PP to implement these systems.

Quality Assurance Engineer

1. Develop suitable in-house quality inspection specifications based on the IQC inspection methods, instruments, tools, sampling numbers, and specific preferences of different customers/parts suppliers.
2. Complete all preparatory work for customer quality audits, ensuring zero major omissions in the audit results.
3. Achieve the annual target for external failure costs (RMA% <= 0.4%).
4. Complete review reports for customer quality complaints within the customer's expected timeframe, obtain customer approval, and request in-house review of R/C & C/A, confirming 100% implementation through auditing methods.

1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
2. arrange shipments and prepare shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within assigned deadlines

6. Able to work overtime when required
7. They confirm delivery schedules with the factory or production team.

Environmental Engineer

1.Utility (air compressor, chiller, water) operation management
2. Equipment Engineering Improvement Plan

5. Willingness to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to work well in a team
6. Able to work overtime when required

1. Possessing an energy management personnel certificate is preferred
2. Graduated from engineering-related departments
3. Document processing ability (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
