Dr. Celeste Chuang has over 13 years of experience in biotech and pharma, specializing in strategic alliances, licensing, and business partnerships. At OBI Pharma, she leads initiatives for innovative drug technologies, including the Obrion™ ADC platform. She holds a DPhil in Pharmacology from the University of Oxford and is a licensed pharmacist in Taiwan.

Willie Xiang is the Co-Founder and President of Protuoso Bio, an innovative early-stage biotech leveraging computational protein design, synthetic biology, and expert-driven discovery to engineer novel multifunctional biologics. With extensive experience leading business strategy and development at XWPharma and raising over US$100M in financing, Willie brings deep insight into biotech commercialization.
