In  this  group  counseling,  you  will  able  to: 
• Learn  to  integrate  into  Taiwanese  culture  and  reduce  confusion  and  stress  from  cultural  shock.
• Build  friendships  with  international  students  and  create  a  mutually  supportive  community  network.
• Learn  about  your  own  emotions  and  master  self-care  methods.
