【OIA】Taiwan Tech X NGHS – Culture Exchange Program (sharing with Taiwanese high school students)
 

Are you willing to share the most incredible culture of your country with senior high students? Come to join the “Culture Exchange Program” and to create fun memories with students from Taipei Municipal Nan-Gang High School!

 

  1. Date: Friday, 3rd October, 2025.
  2. Time: 12:20 – 14:20
  3. Eligibility: International students enrolled in Taiwan Tech (MUST stay over 183 days in Taiwan in 2025)
  4. Host: Taipei Municipal Nan-Gang High School, Taiwan Tech
  5. Location: Kunyang Station/ No.21, Xiangyang Rd., NanGang District, Taipei City
  6. Registration: Please fill out the FORM before 9 AM September 15th. Confirmed attendees will receive a confirmation letter from OIA on event details.

【2 international students needed】
  • 12:20 - 12:30 Ice-breaking session for 30 high school students selected as campus diplomatic ambassadors.
  • 12:30 - 13:10 International students will prepare their speech topics and share the details with the campus diplomatic ambassadors. The ambassadors will provide simultaneous interpretation in Chinese during the speeches.
  • 13:10 - 14:20 Each international student will give a 20-minute talk in front of 300 high school students.
  • Speech Content

Topic: "My Country's Health and Wellness Practices in alignment with SDG 3".

Speeches must be delivered with PowerPoint slides.

  • Q&A Session

There will be a 10-minute Q&A session after the speeches.
  • Each international student will receive attendance fee of 2,000 NTD from NGHS.
  • The International students will need to pay for the transportation expense. Taiwan Tech will reimburse the fee thereafter. (Please retain the receipts and submit to OIA.)
