🌟【Job Responsibilities】:

1. Assist the plant manager in overseeing daily production operations.
2. Coordinate order allocation, monitor material arrivals, and ensure on-time      shipments.
3. Support training and management of factory personnel.
4. Gain understanding of various garment machinery and sample production techniques.
5. Act as a liaison between headquarters and the factory to ensure project progress.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

🌟【Position Requirements】:

1. Strong interest in the textile and garment industry.
2. Intermediate or above English proficiency with solid numerical and logical reasoning.
3. Ambitious, stable, and highly responsible.
4. Willing to sign a work contract.
