The Schedule for Outgoing Exchange Study in 113-2 Semester (Spring 2025) is as below.  

Please pay special attention to:
1.    After the outgoing exchange student application system is closed, it will not reopen. Please register for foreign language proficiency tests as early as possible and ensure that you receive your test results and upload them before the exchange student application system is closed.
2.    Due to the limited capacity of the exchange student application system, please do not wait until the last day to upload your application documents to avoid system crashes due to excessive users. If the application documents cannot be successfully submitted, it will be considered as not applied.
3.    After submitting your application documents online, there is no need to submit hard copies to OIA. If a reminder window appears prompting you to submit hard copies, please ignore it.
4.    Please ensure that the application semester is "113-2" semester. If the system guides students to a different semester, please immediately notify the OIA staff for assistance in handling the issue. Uploading to the wrong semester will be considered as not applied.
5.    The selection criteria for sister universities may be updated at any time due to conditions provided by the sister universities. Before the exchange student application system opens, please refer to the selection criteria for sister schools listed on the OIA website. If there are discrepancies between the criteria listed on the webpage and those on the exchange student application system, the data on the exchange student application system will prevail.
6.    The minimum language requirement for self-funded overseas exchange at Taiwan Tech is a TOEIC score of 550. However, applicants still need to meet the selection criteria of the sister universities in order to choose them as their preference.
7.    Information related to exchange students will be announced on the latest news of OIA, the exchange student application system, or sent to your school email. Please do not trust information from other sources lightly.
