Pre-Departure Instructions for Outbound Exchange Study 

International students who has confirmed by their Department to participate for attending the outgoing exchange programs, must submit the document below and completed the necessary procedures before departing Taiwan. Upon completing their overseas studies, students must return to Taiwan Tech for re-enrollment procedures.

Documents Required for Departure Procedures 

1. Declaration Form for Outgoing Study (Original copy, signature required. The guarantor serves as an emergency contact and can be a friend).
2. Admission Letter or Laboratory Research Approval Letter (One photocopy).
3. Approval or Recommendation Letter from Supervisor (Undergraduate students are exempt).
4. Academic Calendar from Host Institution (Downloadable from partner university websites).
5. Procedures Form for Overseas Study (Fill in basic information, including your overseas address. Get it stamped in order by your department office, library, Student Affairs Office, Office of International Affairs, and Office of Academic Affairs. The Academic Affairs Office will keep the original and provide a photocopy, which must be submitted back to the OIA).
6. E-ticket or Confirmed Flight Itinerary (One photocopy).
