營建、建築、電資相關之大二以上大學生及研究生。Open to sophomore students and above, including graduate students, from the Departments of Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology.
申請者須具備托福iBT 75分 / 雅思5.5 /多益 785以上之英文檢定證明。Applicants should have English certificate: TOEFL score of iBT 72 / IELTS 5.5 /TOEIC 785 or above.
交換生每學期須修讀 25 ECTS (約臺科12學分)，可跨領域選課。A minimum of 25 ECTS must be taken each semester. Students can take courses in multiple faculties.
