- 大二以上大學生及碩士生。 Sophomore or above and master's students.
- 申請者須具備英文檢定托福 iBT 45，或雅思5.0 含以上之成績證明。母語為英語的學生可免交英檢成績。部分系所會要求面試。English language proficiency test results such as TOEFL iBT 45 or IELTS 5.0 or above.
- 不接受多益成績。 The TOEIC score is not acceptable.

交換生僅能選修為交換生設計的模組課程。Students need to take a course package designed for exchange students.

部分系所如建築、電腦資訊、商學管理相關不收交換生。Restricted departments for exchange students: Architecture, Computer & Information science, Pharmacy, Podiatry; Business (must be a Business major); Visual Arts (Film/Media Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, etc.); Education; Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management
