⚠️ Important Notice Regarding On-Campus Housing Availability: Due to high demand and limited on-campus dormitory capacity, rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure and secure guaranteed dormitory spots for your students, we kindly request that partner coordinators inform us of your estimated student quota (approximate number of expected participants) by October 10, 2026.
Once you share your preliminary estimate with us, we will prioritize and pre-allocate the required dormitory capacity for your institution. |
