We are pleased to inform you that SKKU will be offering two free online Korean language courses as part of our WISE (Winter International Student Experience) Program. The SKKU Language Institute delivers the courses. We aim to provide broader access not only to Korean language education but also to Korean culture, and to offer students an opportunity to experience a leading-edge program from one of Korea’s top language education institutions.

Course Information

*      Program: WISE Online Korean Language Courses

*      Format: 100% online

*      Eligibility: Students from any overseas university (free of charge)

*      Course Opening Period: 2025/12/22 – 2026/01/31

        (2.5 hours per session each day, total of 12 sessions)

*      Levels: Beginner and Basic

        *      Students with no prior experience should begin with Beginner.

        *      Students who can read Hangeul (Korean alphabet) may start with Basic.

Please note that this course is non-credit bearing and self-paced. There will be no exams, attendance requirements, or grading, and the textbook materials will be provided to all registered students.

However, as part of the SKKU WISE Program, students will be able to learn using recorded lectures from real SKKU Language Institute classes, providing an authentic and engaging learning experience.
