1. 限大二以上大學部學生申請  Sophomore students or above in bachelor program.
2. 申請人不得跨領域選課 Students must study subjects in one faculty.
3. Have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
4. 該校未強制要求語言成績，但強烈建議申請者須具備以英語進行學習與日常生活的能力。若日後姊妹校要求繳交語言能力相關文件，申請者須依該校規定辦理。The university does not have a mandatory English proficiency requirement; however, applicants are strongly encouraged to possess sufficient English skills for academic study and daily communication. If the partner university later requires submission of language-related documents, applicants must comply with the respective regulations.

馬來西亞理科大學

1. 大二(含)以上大學生及碩士生。Sophomore or above and master's students.
2. 申請者須具備相當於英文檢定托福 iBT 79或雅思5.0或TOEIC 605之成績證明。Applicants should provide an English language certificate equivalent to an IELTS score of 5.0 or a TOEFL iBT score of 79, or a TOEIC 605. 
3. 可跨領域選課。Students can enroll in courses across multiple faculties.
