  1. 大二 & 碩二以上,學業成績須達GPA 3.0 以上。Undergraduate students & Master's students in their second year or above with a GPA of 3.0 or above are eligible to apply.
  2. 須有IELTS 6.0 (閱讀 & 寫作6.0, 聽&說5.0以上)，或TOEFL iBT 79分 (含寫作20分、閱讀18分、聽力17分、口說16分)以上， Applicants shall submit an IELTS of 6.0 (6.0 in reading & writing, 5.0 in listening & speaking), or a TOEFL iBT score of 79 with not less than 20 in writing, 18 in reading, 17 in listening, and 16 in speaking,
