The Office of International Affairs is excited to announce that on December 3 & 4 at the Taiwan Tech football field, the “Futsal Tournament of Fall Semester 2022”, will be held.

Let’s kick for fun, for love, and for meeting new friends!

Regulations

  1. Eligibility: Male & Female full-time students
  2. How: Please form a team with a minimum of 5, and a maximum of 8 people. Nationalities can be mixed. 
  3. When: December 3 & 4 
  4. Rules: 
  • Male group: 5 people on the field. Two 20 minutes halves. Half-time break 5 minutes. If the game is tied, the winner will be determined by 6-meter-throwing.
  • Female group: 5 people on the field. Two 20 minutes halves. Half-time break 5 minutes. If the game is tied, the winner will be determined by 6-meter-throwing.
  1. Sign-up: Please complete the registration form: https://forms.gle/y9bePHkbKBgbBtj28 and submit it before Monday, November 21, 2022.
  2. Prizes: Please note that the prize recipient will need to pay a withholding tax rate of 20 % if you are not Taiwanese.
  • First place: NTD 3,500 voucher/team (NTD 700 withholding tax) 
  • Second place: NTD 2,500 voucher/team (NTD 500 withholding tax)
  • Third place: NTD 1,500 voucher/team (NTD300 withholding tax)
  1. Attention:
  • Players should wear sportswear and sports shoes. 
  • Players should bring their student ID cards to register 10 minutes before the game. Players can only join the game after the successful completion of the registration process.  
  • Players must obey the rules of the competition and the decisions of the referees. The organizer has the right to exclude participants who do not respect the rules or decisions.
